The LAUNCH LTR-05 is a universal replacement TPMS sensor designed to cover a wide range of vehicles using direct tyre-pressure monitoring systems. Its dual-frequency 315MHz / 433MHz design provides broad vehicle coverage, while the programmable sensor can be configured for the required vehicle application using compatible LAUNCH TPMS equipment.

Important: Compatibility and programming functions depend on the vehicle, TPMS system and the software/version of the programming tool.

Important – Programming Required

These sensors are programmable universal TPMS sensors and are not simply “fit and drive” sensors.

Before the sensors can communicate correctly with the vehicle, they must be programmed/configured for the appropriate vehicle application using compatible TPMS equipment.

Depending on the vehicle and TPMS system, the sensor may be programmed by copying the original sensor ID, generating a new sensor ID, or using the appropriate vehicle-specific programming procedure.

We recommend programming and testing each sensor before fitting the tyre to avoid unnecessary tyre removal if the wrong vehicle protocol or configuration is selected.
