Order Cancellation and Returns

Online Returns Policy.
Right to cancel

Subject to the terms set out below, when you purchase goods online or by telephone, you have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which the goods are received by you.
Following notification of your intention to cancel, you will have a further fourteen (14) days to return the goods to us.
To qualify for a return, the goods must:
Be unused and unopened;
Remain in their original packaging;
Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional or free items supplied with the order.
If an item has been used, installed, or unpacked, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the original refund amount.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements, specifications, and colour selections are correct prior to completing the purchase.
You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Goods must not be installed, activated, used, or have any data or software input onto them.

While the goods are in your possession, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of them.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your contract, we will issue a refund for the value of the returned goods, including the standard delivery charge applicable to the returned item, subject to inspection of the returned goods.

Refunds will only be processed once:
The returned goods have been received by us; or
You provide satisfactory proof of return,
whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay. Where we arrange collection of the goods, reimbursement will be made no later than fourteen (14) days from the date you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract.

Any refund may be reduced to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged in relation to the reimbursement.

Any breakages, damages, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
