Order Cancellation and Returns
Online Returns Policy.
Right to cancel
Subject to the terms set out below, when you purchase online or by phone you have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days after the goods are received by you.
You then have a further fourteen (14) days to return the goods to us following your notification to us of your intent to return the goods.
The goods must NOT be used, must be in the original packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them.
It is incumbent on you to have checked your measurements and colour before you complete your purchase.
You may examine the goods as necessary to establish their nature and characteristics but you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software onto them.

Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your contract, a full refund of the value of the goods returned to us, including the delivery element of the returned item, will be made upon inspection of the returned goods. Refunds can only be processed when we receive the goods, or you provide evidence of the return of the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds for goods returned to us shall then be processed without undue delay.. In the event that we offer to collect the goods, reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract.
Such refunds will be subject to any diminished value of the goods resulting from the mishandling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of such reimbursement.
