Programming & Installation
The LTR-05 is a programmable sensor and is not a simple fit-and-drive replacement.
Before installation, the sensor must be programmed with the required vehicle/sensor data using a compatible LAUNCH TPMS programming/service tool. Depending on the vehicle, the new sensor may also need to be learned/relearned by the vehicle’s TPMS system after installation.
Compatible LAUNCH TPMS equipment includes suitable LAUNCH TPMS programming/service tools such as the X-431 TSGUN, i-TPMS and compatible CRT TPMS tools, subject to the vehicle and software version.
