Compatible LAUNCH Programming Tools

The LTR-05 can be programmed using compatible LAUNCH TPMS equipment, including:

The correct sensor configuration must be programmed for the specific vehicle/application before the TPMS system can operate correctly.

315MHz + 433MHz Dual-Frequency Technology

One LTR-05 sensor supports both major TPMS frequencies, allowing the same sensor platform to be used across a broad range of vehicles.

The sensor is configured during programming according to the vehicle’s required TPMS application. This can reduce the need for workshops to stock separate 315MHz and 433MHz universal sensors.

Reliable TPMS Replacement

The LTR-05 is designed as a universal programmable replacement sensor for a wide range of OE TPMS applications. LAUNCH documentation states coverage of more than 95% of OE sensors / up to 98% of vehicle TPMS applications, depending on the application.

The sensor uses an automotive-grade chip and provides pressure measurement accuracy of approximately 0.1 bar, while the sealed battery is designed for several years of service.

Important – Programming Required

These are programmable universal TPMS sensors and are not pre-programmed for a specific vehicle.

A compatible LAUNCH TPMS programming tool is required to configure the sensors for the vehicle. After installation, the vehicle may also require the appropriate TPMS relearn procedure.
